Casba's Pizza is looking for a passionate and skilled Italian Food Chef to join our kitchen team in Leicester. If you take pride in creating delicious pizza, pasta, and fresh salads -- and thrive in a fast-paced, clean, and team-driven environment -- we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes including wildfire pizza, pasta, and salads to high standards. Operate pizza ovens, pasta stations, and salad prep with confidence and consistency. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, following all food hygiene and safety regulations. Work efficiently under pressure, especially during busy service hours. Assist in food preparation, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements

Proven experience as a chef in an Italian or fast-paced kitchen. Skilled in preparing pizza dough, sauces, pasta, and fresh ingredients. Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards. Strong understanding of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety. Team player with a positive attitude and work ethic. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
