We are seeking a talented and passionate Street Food Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and production, with a flair for creativity and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Chef, you will lead kitchen operations, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation while maintaining a safe and organised work environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends. Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to within the kitchen. Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Assist in the recruitment and management of kitchen personnel. Monitor food production processes to guarantee consistency in taste and presentation. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Handle any customer feedback or complaints regarding food quality or service.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 10.00-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
