Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards of quality.
Supervise and train staff in food preparation, hospitality practices, and customer service.
Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient food production.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
Foster a positive working environment by motivating staff and promoting teamwork.
Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices.
Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
