Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the cafe, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage production and presentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Coordinate and execute banquet and catering events.
- Train and mentor staff members to provide exceptional service.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Assistant Manager or Cafe Manager, is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food production, coffee preparation, and bartending techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively.
