About you:
Languages: fluent Italian and good English (essential)
Very good numerical skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
Good administrative experience
Ability to learn quickly
Positive, proactive attitude
Very good communication skills (both verbal and written)
Efficient prioritising and organising skills
Team player
The day to day:
opening and closing claim files
handling claim files from first loss notification to settlement and closure
updating statistics
day to day claim duties
liaising with underwriters, loss adjusters, lawyers and brokers.
