About the Role:
We are looking for high-quality administrative support to the ITT Placement and Compliance Lead and other senior colleagues within the Initial Teacher Training (ITT) team. This role focuses on the effective allocation of placements and comprehensive support to our teacher trainees by responding to routine placement-related enquiries and signposting them to relevant information and contacts.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records and analysing data related to placements and compliance. Regularly updating the internal school's database using the DfE's GIAS platform. Support reporting on placement trends, trainee clearance, and documentation, helping to identify gaps and ensure data accuracy for informed decision-making. Good use of Excel is essential.
You will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and demonstrate the ability to use Excel to a high standard, including experience with functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, You will be able to manage, analyse, and present data effectively using spreadsheets. You will have knowledge of utilising technology and software applications and previous database experience.
