Role Summary



As an IV Drip Nurse at Este Medical Group Leeds, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, safe, and client-centred intravenous vitamin and hydration therapy services. You'll combine clinical nursing skills with excellent customer care in a private aesthetics and wellness clinic setting, helping clients enhance wellbeing through personalised IV treatments. Key Responsibilities



Clinical Delivery



Perform

IV cannulation and safe administration of IV vitamin and hydration drips

, following clinic protocols and clinical best practice. Ensure treatment preparations, infusion setup, monitoring, and completion are carried out with strict infection control and safety standards. Monitor clients throughout the infusion for any adverse reactions and respond appropriately. Maintain accurate clinical records for all procedures administered.

Client Assessment & Support



Conduct pre-treatment consultations to review client medical history, assess suitability for IV therapy, and explain risks/benefits. Advise clients on post-treatment care and hydration guidance. Provide clear, professional explanations and address client concerns before, during, and after treatment.

Compliance & Quality



Work in accordance with nursing regulatory standards and clinic policies. Ensure all treatments comply with health and safety legislation and clinic clinical protocols. Contribute to clinical audit, quality improvement, and service enhancement.

Team Collaboration



Work closely with in-house doctors and other clinical staff delivering IV treatments and aesthetic services. Support the clinic team to ensure smooth treatment flow and excellent client experience. Participate in continuing professional development and training updates.

Person Specification



Qualifications & Experience



Registered Nurse with current

NMC registration

(Adult Field) -- essential. Experience in

IV therapy / cannulation / clinical nursing

preferred. Prior experience in private practice, aesthetic medicine, wellness, or community IV delivery is beneficial (but not essential with training).

Skills & Attributes



Strong clinical and assessment skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional approach to client care and confidentiality. Reliable, organised, and attentive to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
