About the Role
To provide first class specialist support to position Nimans as the number 1 distributor of choice. Building and maintaining internal and external relationships through industry leading service and expertise, you will be a focal point to position Jabra products and services to maximise market share.
What you will be doing in this role
Achieve monthly GP targets and agreed KPIs
Detailed deal management on all opportunities above the agreed threshold
Proactive mindset to increase new business and traded accounts
Proactively promote the Jabra brand and products
Position Jabra products and services on all relevant opportunities, reactively and proactively
Maximise traded margin at every opportunity whilst remaining competitive, ensuring pricing support is included on all relevant deals
Maximise each opportunity through attachment and upselling
Maximise on quote conversion by utilising Nimans systems
Provides vital market intelligence back to the business to improve / maintain Nimans position and share of wallet in the market
Drive Jabra promotions/messaging internally including vendor incentives
Efficiently and effectively manages email inbox, providing quality responses within agreed SLAs
Manage allocated, back ordered and COS stock alongside Product Managers
Have a strong marketing presence through Social Media activity and awareness of Nimans, customer and industry events
Build strong relationships with Jabra contacts at both distribution and reseller levels
Support Jabra reviews, contributing relevant ideas to strategically develop the brands
Confidently hold face to face meetings in a variety of forms, with successful, progressive outcomes. Includes industry events, QBRs and floor walks
Can identify and conduct structured training to improve the product knowledge and sales ability of Nimans employees
Proactively seeks to maximise margin through vendor relationships and bids
Working alongside Product Managers, can provide a constructive and proactive review of area, including an action plan of underperformance, such as market share, slippage, competitive threats, commercial terms
Confident and competent presenter of information, either formally, informally, verbally and/or written
Continually seeks to improve brand, technology, and industry knowledge through attendance of events and product training
Demonstrate and endorse consistent high levels of Company attitude, such as Nimans Values
What you will bring to the role
Essential Experience:
Previous experience of working either within a Technology Distributor or Product Vendor/Manufacturer (i.e. - Jabra/EPOS/JPL)
Sales experience and achieving sales targets
Experience of using ERP systems
Knowledge:
