Job Overview:

Boutique Bijou is a quality jewellers specialising in fine jewellery, including silver, gold and gemstones.

We offer all jewellery services from bespoke design & remodelling work to repairs and re-sizing. We also buy second-hand gold.

We are looking for someone to support our management team as a Jewellery Retail Assistant in our Cirencester retail shop & with our online shop. We would love for someone to buy into the brand that we're seeking to build and expect the role to grow as the company expands.

About the Job



Our in-store experience is integral to our brand.

The role requires the successful candidate to be a confident communicator, interacting with our clients professionally and making them feel comfortable. We want to offer a personalised customer service experience.

Our new team member will assist Victoria the store Manager with:

day-to-day running of our retail shop in Cirencester high level of client customer service sales of high-value jewellery handling cash taking in jobs, repairs etc daily administrative tasks booking clients in for bespoke and repair appointments and generally performing a support role in the running of the business

About the Candidate



Qualities we are looking for in an ideal candidate:

someone who would be keen to work with us to build the Bijou brand. knowledge of the jewellery trade and industry preferred but not essential. outgoing and confident when engaging with customers. experience of working in a retail environment. smart in appearance. willingness to learn. flexibility.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.00 per hour
