Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs Provide detailed product information and recommendations to optimise sales opportunities Maintain attractive product displays through effective merchandising techniques Upsell additional items and promotional offers to maximise sales potential Handle customer enquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy Manage cash register operations accurately, including processing transactions and returns Organise stock levels and ensure shelves are well-stocked and tidy Support the team in achieving daily sales targets and store objectives Assist with organising promotional events or seasonal displays as required Ensure the store environment remains clean, organised, and welcoming at all times

Skills

Fluency in English Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately Effective phone etiquette when dealing with customer inquiries or follow-ups Proven ability in upselling products to enhance sales performance Good organisational skills to maintain neat displays and stock levels Ability to work well within a team while also demonstrating independence when necessary
