We are currently looking to recruit a Full Time Jewellery Sales Consultant. This position would ideally suit someone who has Previous sales and Customer service experience within the retail sector.
In this customer facing role, a smart appearance and positive attitude along with a pleasant telephone manner and good computer skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting and welcoming customers, providing an outstanding first impression
Building strong relationships with clients and identifying their needs
Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, including aftercare advice
Selling jewellery and upselling related products and services
Maintaining attractive product displays and ensuring store cleanliness
Supporting security procedures and loss prevention
Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 years of experience in a jewellery sale (preferred)
Knowledge of fine jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals
Strong ability to identify genuine stones and materials, including evaluating quality and authenticity
Negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach
Excellent customer service and communication skills
High level of attention to detail, trustworthiness, and integrity
Confident in handling high-value transactions and ensuring accuracy and security at all stages
