Ensure the store performs to achieve current sales targets.
Minimize costs and maximise profit. Plan resource in line with business needs Supervise colleague performance, provide induction, feedback, coaching and counselling. Communicate all targets and priorities with the team. Complete promotions in a timely manner and in accordance with company standards Supervise the induction of all new colleagues and validate training. Transfer stock to other branches of the business and control inventory. Liaise with senior management regarding marketing opportunities. Deliver outstanding customer service and possess excellent product knowledge. Operate the till accurately and efficiently to maintain stock integrity.
