Working on refit sites is a major part of the role. You will embrace this role as the pivotal link between clients and teams. Frequent Travel & Extended Deployment
: Embrace the thrill of regular international travel with deployments lasting from 2 to 10 weeks. Lead projects across diverse, captivating global locations.
Intensive Work Schedules
: Enjoy the balance of standard office hours at 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, juxtaposed with immersive fieldwork on refit sites demanding 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week. This unique work schedule means your base salary includes an additional uplift of around 25% for approximately 25% of the year spent away (anywhere between 2-10 weeks at a time), maximizing your earning potential from the start of your career with us while contributing significantly on-site.
High Responsibility
: Oversee up to 200 contractors on live ship refits, providing essential support to the lead Project Manager. Manage large-scale projects worth millions and uphold top-tier health & safety standards.

: Execute high-value projects within strict timelines, leveraging your adept communication skills to meet client expectations.
