Elite Service Solutions -- High-End Garden Design & Build

Location: MK / Bucks / Beds / Northants / Herts

Salary: 30,000 - 38,000

Elite Service Solutions is looking for a meticulous and commercially minded Job Coordinator / Estimator. Your role is crucial -- accurate estimating is the foundation of profitable, successful projects, and you'll be central to our operational excellence as we grow.

What You'll Do



Prepare accurate estimates and quotes for landscaping projects. Interpret drawings, designs, and client briefs with precision. Build clear material, labour, and cost breakdowns. Coordinate procurement schedules and pre-start planning. Refine pricing tools and internal systems as we scale. Support communication across design, PM, and operations teams.

What You Bring



Estimating experience in landscaping, construction, or similar. Strong numerical accuracy and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to read technical drawings. Highly organised, proactive, and confident working with suppliers.
