In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. You'll utilize your skills in carpentry and construction to transform blueprints into reality, ensuring every project meets our high standards of quality and safety. What you'll do
Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications and requirements
Execute frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and cabinet installation with precision
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks
Perform concrete forming, plastering, and rebar installation as needed
Engage in restoration projects including water damage restoration and mold remediation
Conduct fixture installation, door hanging, siding application, and roofing tasks
Collaborate with team members on construction site activities to ensure timely project completion
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols
Basic qualifications
Proven experience in carpentry or related construction fields
Strong understanding of construction estimating processes
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
Preferred qualifications
Experience in the restoration industry or maintenance person services
Familiarity with CNC machinery for fabrication purposes
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, stucco application, metal stud framing, and construction painting
