Key Activities / Responsibilities:

Working on void and tenanted properties Working alone and with other team members to provide a courteous and considerate service to clients and tenants 1st and 2nd fix duties including all ironmongery repairs/ kitchen install/ all types of door installation/ skirting and architrave/ PVC and Laminate floor/ wall tiling To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day Working under instruction to meet the needs of the client Observe the highest levels of health and safety, and use appropriate safety equipment To perform any other duties as may be reasonably required

Essential Criteria

Be time served or appropriately qualified and be able to demonstrate relevant experience with previous experience working within construction industry 1st & 2nd fix joinery Must be able to demonstrate a high level of experience and sound knowledge in the delivery of minor building and maintenance joinery services. General joinery works such as fitting doors, skirting/architrave, kitchens, repairing floors, stud walls and windows Evidence of delivering high levels of customer service Valid CSR Card Full driving license

Desirable

Knowledge of public sector works. A good understanding of other trades and their roles. Good attention to detail and good time management skills. Good problem-solving skills. Health and Safety competent. Own tools. Be able to undertake specific planned jobs in a professional and timely manner without rework and/ or close supervision. PVC/Laminate floor and ceramic wall tiling Experience using a PDA smartphone mobile working device.

Pay: 14.00-18.00 per hour
