Growing family run joinery business looking for a cabinet maker/installer to join the team, the candidate will have experience in Joinery/cabinet making within the workshop and on site environments.

A full driving licence is requirement.

The candidate will need to be able to work as part of a team or independently within our workshops or on site installing, therefore good communication skills are essential

Job Type: Full-time. Salary: 29,000 - 36,000.00 a year depending on experience.

Summary

As a Joiner & Cabinet Maker, you will be integral to our construction and manufacturing team, reporting directly to the Workshop Manager. This role focuses on utilising your core skills in joinery and cabinet making to create high-quality bespoke furniture products. Your skills in fabrication and assembly will enhance our production efficiency. Effective communication and a valid driving license are essential, as you will collaborate with various teams and customers. Your role will include installing our custom projects on site and transporting materials as needed. Responsibilities

Utilize hand and power tools to perform joinery and cabinet-making tasks efficiently. Fabricate and assemble various wooden furniture and components as per specifications. Ensure accurate measurements and quality control throughout the construction process. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Perform heavy lifting and assist with additional construction tasks as needed. Perform furniture installation whilst maintaining our industry reputation for quality and service.
