SPECTRUM TIMBER FRAME - JOINER

LOCATION - MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE

EMPLOYMENT - SELF EMPLOYED

SALARY - BASES ON EXPERIENCE , PREDOMINANTLY PRICE WORK

KEY REQUIREMENTS :

PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN 1st & 2nd fix joinery , and ideally timber frame construction

A valid CSCS card

A full UK driving licence and own means of transport

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

KEY DETAILS :

Primarily be based on a large , ongoing site just outside Manchester City Centre

Occasional travel to other locations may be required , depending on project needs

Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety , quality , and productivity is essential.

Summary

As a Joiner, you will be instrumental in executing high-quality joinery work, reporting directly to the site supervisor. Your core skills in carpentry, joinery, and proficiency with hand and power tools will be essential . Additionally, your premium skills in fabrication and assembly will enhance project efficiency. A valid CSCS card and driving licence are required . Join our team to contribute to diverse construction projects and ensure exceptional craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials using hand and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians and plumbers, to complete projects efficiently. Perform heavy lifting and assist in roofing and masonry tasks as needed. Maintain a valid CSCS card and driving licence for site access and transportation.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.81-25.34 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
