Key Responsibilities:

Carry out maintenance and repair work across various properties, including fitting/repairing doors, window repairs, 1st and 2nd fix elements, and general maintenance related works. Installation of Kitchens and Bathrooms Perform reactive and preventative joinery work, ensuring all tasks meet safety standards. Install and maintain a wide range of fixtures, fittings, and other woodwork elements. Collaborate with other trades and maintenance teams to ensure smooth project completion. Read and interpret drawings and specifications. Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and comply with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Joiner, preferably in a maintenance or facilities environment. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry and Joinery (or equivalent qualification). Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, materials, and equipment. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Full UK driving licence.
