We are looking to recruit an experienced Joiner to carry out general maintenance and repair works across our managed properties, based mainly in Liverpool.
The role involves working in occupied residential houses and flats, as well as student accommodation, so a professional attitude and reliability are essential.
Key Responsibilities
General joinery maintenance and repair
Fire door installation, adjustment and repair
Repairs to doors, frames, skirting, architraves, kitchens and other timber works
Working safely and respectfully in occupied properties
Planning and managing your own workload to meet deadlines
Essential Requirements
Proven joinery experience, including fire door work
Previous social housing experience (essential)
Full UK driving licence
Strong organisational skills and ability to plan your own work
High level of reliability and professionalism
Good communication skills when dealing with tenants and site teams
