Full-Time: 8:00 - 16:30

Location: Manchester (with travel across the UK)

Salary: 35,000 - 43,000 per year

At Hybrid, we partner with Tier 1 operators in the BtR market, delivering exceptional Hard Services FM, including in-house M&E solutions and strategic partnerships for specialised services.

We're currently seeking a skilled and motivated Joiner to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both 1st and 2nd fix joinery, fire door testing and remedials, flooring, and general carpentry tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a range of BtR and commercial properties as part of a dynamic and growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out 1st and 2nd fix joinery works to a high standard across a range of properties

Install, inspect, and remediate fire doors in compliance with fire safety regulations

Perform general carpentry repairs and maintenance, including flooring, skirting, architraves, doors, and framework

Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with current legislation and best practice

Maintain accurate records of completed works and update digital job logs via company systems

Work independently or as part of a wider team across multiple client sites

Qualifications & Skills

Essential:

Proven experience in joinery, including both 1st and 2nd fix works

Competency in fire door installation, inspection, and remedial work

Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and construction methods

Good understanding of health & safety standards on-site

Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to various sites
