Job Summary
Liam Bacon limited, formed in 2013, is a privately owned construction company specialising in property refurbishment. We are based in Ecclesfield, Sheffield and work closely with local authorities, housing associations and private customers. We undertake domestic refurbishments across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire & East Midlands. Due to recent contract wins, we're looking for a joiner (multi-skilled) to join our team on a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment contract. Company van & fuel card provided.
Duties
Undertake general Joinery tasks including fitting kitchens, renewing internal/external doors & frames, fitting windows, flooring, skirtings & general Joinery repairs and maintenance, the ability to multi-skill would be advantageous. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Work collaboratively with other trades (such as Plumbers/Electricians/Plasterers) to complete projects efficiently. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a qualified Joiner (minimum 5 years experience). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to high standards of workmanship and health and safety compliance. Flexibility to respond to urgent repair needs where necessary. NVQ Level 3 in Joinery. Driving Licence (required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
