Job Description

Spek Build Ltd are seeking an experienced Joiner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery and be proficient in using various hand and power tools. This role involves working on diverse projects, including fabrication, assembly, and installation of structures and fixtures. Full time preferred with weekend work available as and when required, part time work also available to the right candidate.

Role and Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects of joinery work, including the erection of stud walls, installation of doors, windows, staircases, hand cut roofs and other wooden structures. Able to perform all aspects of 1st and 2nd fix joinery to a high standard including skirting, architrave, doors, door frames, kitchens etc Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications. Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Collaborate effectively with other team members and subcontractors. Adhere to project schedules and deadlines. Snagging

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in joinery, with a strong portfolio of work. Comprehensive knowledge of tools, materials, and construction methods related to joinery. A Reliable person who is able to work in a fast paced environment Able to work alone without guidance Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Would be ideal to have knowledge in other aspects of building works Own tools and transport.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 160.00-220.00 per day

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
