We are offering Customers a new way of booking a tradesman for household problems: Fast & Reliable all at Great Prices. We cover all aspects of home repairs such as Joinery, Electrics, Plumbing, Decorating, Outdoor and much more to come.

Other than this Joinery role, we are looking for Tradespeople across all trades, Joinery Plumbing, Electrics, so feel free to spread the word. Full Time - Permanent - Company Staff role.

Work Tasks:

You will be working on a variety of things, such as:

1st fix and 2nd fix Joinery, using a variety of materials. Timber / MDF / laminates.

Small fixes on doors / locks / cabinets / fitted furniture / flooring - a whole variety

Safety is our No.1 priority - Safely use power tools such as Circular saw / Drills / Grinders.

Handling Customer bookings via mobile company device. So good tech skills.

Attending Customer homes to fix issues, ranging from 30mins upto 3 hours.

A few jobs a day, these are small jobs, not large construction site project work.

Full-time Perm Company Job, with set hours.

Experience

As on the Job training will be provided:

Some Building Industry experience is nice to have, such as large project sites, renovations, commercial or domestic. Apprenticeship training, or even just Grandads' workshop during your youth.

Willingness to become the best, and a great work ethic is sought.

Familiar with generally Joinery works such as how a kitchen installation should be done.

Skills

NVQ level 2 or equivalent Qualification in Joinery or similar.

Driving License is essential to drive our small Transit type van.

Logical mind, Engineering ability. Focus on the next hurdle and not get emotional nor create drama in the situation.

Neat Clean and Tidy Van. Leave Customer homes the same.

Benefits and Pay

Salary range from 20,000. to 28,000. Plus Performance realted stock Bonus.

Monthly pay - Salaried full time staff member.

Stock - Share scheme. Dividend payment are at a reduced Tax rate.
