We are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and construction practices. This role involves working on diverse projects, including residential and commercial builds, where precision and craftsmanship are paramount. The Joiner will be responsible for executing tasks that require both technical skills and an eye for detail, ensuring high-quality workmanship in all aspects of the job. Must have own tools and transport.

Duties

Perform trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and cabinet installation with precision and care. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute projects accurately. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks including fixture installation, door hanging, and flooring installation. Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor as part of daily responsibilities on construction sites. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining safety standards.. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

Experience

Candidates should possess experience in the following areas:

Construction estimating and planning for effective project execution. Proficiency in woodworking techniques along with hands-on experience in the restoration industry. Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety measures.
