We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Joiner to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and joinery, with experience working on modular projects. Responsibilities

Use hand tools, power tools, and specialised joinery equipment to cut, shape, and install components Construct and install frameworks, furniture, fixtures, and fittings within buildings Perform roofing tasks, including the installation of roof structures and related components Carry out masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and construction painting as required for integrated projects Assist with heavy lifting and manoeuvring of materials to ensure efficient workflow Follow safety procedures at all times to maintain a secure working environment Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as masons, electricians, and plumbers to complete projects on schedule

Skills

Proven experience in fabrication, assembly, carpentry, and joinery techniques Proficiency with hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers) and power tools (drills, saws) Knowledge of roofing systems and masonry work is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment Relevant qualifications or certifications in carpentry or joinery are preferred but not mandatory
