Job Type: Full-time Permanent (part-time hours considered)

We are looking for a joiner, who is passionate about how our ash doors and windows look and how they enhance our yurts, with the following values and attributes:

- You have at least 3 years' practical experience in bench joinery

- You are comfortable working in a small business, where time, budget and slick operations are critical, and things change frequently.

- Approachable and knowledgeable, able to help other staff develop their skills and act as a role model

- You demonstrate tenacity and the willingness to go the extra mile, comfortable working to (sometimes tight) deadlines with high levels of integrity to always produce high-quality finish

- You have excellent attention to detail, and good hand to eye coordination whilst working with speed and accuracy

- You have a passion and interest for design, tents, yurts, the outdoors and problem-solving

Key Requirements:

- Have attained a minimum of Level 3 Bench Joinery qualification or have the equivalent experience.

- Know how to make doors and windows.

- Be proficient with power and hand tools.

- Be able to read and interpret CAD drawings.

- Physically fit.

- A team player in a workshop environment.

- Good verbal, communication and analytical skills.

- Additional Machining skills are desirable.
