Overview

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Joiner/Plumber/Electrician/Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and safety. Responsibilities

Installing new Kitchens & Bathrooms Able to do 1st fix Joinery/Plumbing/Electrical works Able to do 2nd fix Joinery/Plumbing/Electrical works Candidates should be able to work in residential & commercial environments Should be able to install insulation, plasterboard, plywood, run new pipework, rewiring etc. Reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications to accurately execute projects Cutting, shaping, and assembling timber and other materials using hand tools and power tools Installing fixtures such as doors, windows, cabinets, and shelving in various settings Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations Maintaining a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency Communicating effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met Assisting with site preparation, including surface preparation and minor construction painting tasks when required

Experience

Previous experience in Joinery, Plumbing & Electrical is preferred Driving licence is desirable to facilitate transportation between sites Good communication skills in English are essential for understanding instructions and liaising with clients and team members Knowledge of construction painting techniques is a plus but not mandatory Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: 13.00-25.00 per hour
