The Converters Group is a prominent installer and supplier of top-quality home improvement products in Scotland with the brands The Conservatory Converters, Media Walls Scotland, The Garage Converters and Garden 2 Room.

Position Overview:



We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated Joiners Mate's to join our installations team. As a Joiners Mate at The Converters Group, you will play a pivotal role in the installation and fitting of our high-quality products, ensuring precision, quality craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Execute precise measurements, cutting, shaping, and installation of our home improvement products.

Apply expert joinery skills to produce high-quality workmanship in line with company standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Joiner Mate, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Skilled in using a variety of joinery tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship. Excellent problem-solving and time management skills. Valid driver's license is preferred.
