The Role

We are seeking an experienced

Joinery Foreman

to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of joinery works on our projects, managing subcontractors, and maintaining our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Measuring Up Works

: Accurately measure and assess site requirements to ensure precise execution of joinery tasks.

Setting Out

: Plan and set out joinery works to meet project specifications and deadlines.

Managing Subcontractors and Trades

: Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and trades, ensuring effective communication and adherence to project plans.

Quality Control

: Maintain rigorous quality standards, conducting inspections to ensure all work meets Fit Out UK's expectations and client requirements.

Health and Safety

: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Project Coordination

: Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Joinery Foreman or similar role in the fit-out or construction industry. Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials, and processes. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and subcontractors effectively. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. High attention to detail with a focus on quality control.

Willingness to travel

across the UK semi-regularly, with office hubs in London and Yorkshire. Valid CSCS card and relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry/Joinery or equivalent). Full UK driving licence.
