With increased workload and projects scheduled throughout 2025 & 2026, DMN Project Build are looking for high-quality, reliable & experienced Workshop Foreman to join our expanding team.

Our work consists of the manufacture & installation of bespoke joinery items for refurbishment & fit-out projects such as bars, pubs, restaurants, gymnasiums & retail stores for well-known brands in the UK.

You must have a great understanding of workshop management, bench joinery and the processes required from initial to CAD drawings, manufacture & installation on site.

We can offer up to 22 hour depending on your experience & capabilities, along with generous overnight allowances when working away.

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate

5 years+ within a joinery foreman/workshop manager role. 5 years+ working in a joinery manufacturing workshop. Use of hand tools along with machinery such as edge banders, panel saws etc. Experience of laminating and working with solid surface materials. Ability to work from basic to in-depth CAD drawings/designs.

We're looking for bench joiners that have the ability to:

Plan and coordinate all production activities within the joinery workshop. Collaborate with design, project management, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce lead times. Maintain machinery and tools in good working order, arranging servicing and repairs when needed. Manage their workload. Use their own initiative, work independently and as a team. Maintain quality control awareness at all times. Take responsibility on site. Own hand tools.

Availability to work away and install across the UK.
Standard hours are 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday-Friday and over-time is readily available.

The role will initially be on a subcontract basis leading to the potential going on the books if desired.
