Calling all PR and marketing students!

Are you looking to gain experience that fits in around your uni commitments? Then we should talk!

We're looking for a junior account executive to join the team, working on a flexible part-time basis.

It's a great way to get valuable industry experience for your CV, but hopefully you smash it and there's a job at the end of it for you when you finish your degree, so you won't be needing to update that CV anyway!

This all-encompassing role is really varied! Your responsibilities will switch on a day-to-day basis from writing PR material such as press releases, articles and blogs, to creating content for social media channels and helping to run our client profiles. There will also be research tasks such as creating media lists to distribute press material, identifying opportunities in the media for clients, researching influencers to work with on client campaigns, engaging with people on social media and growing followers for accounts. All while keeping on top of what's trending and what conversations we need to be making sure our clients are part of!

We're looking for someone with:

Strong writing skills The initiative to spot opportunities and the courage to voice them Creative thinking A keen eye for detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Professionalism, drive and commitment Passion to be part of the Honest team and help the agency continue to grow
But more importantly, we're looking for someone who doesn't see this as a short-term gap filler to bolster their CV. We're looking for someone who truly wants to work in PR and wants a future at Honest, and sees this as their stepping stone to a bright future within the industry!

Minimum of two days a week (but there's scope for this to increase on busier weeks) for six months.

One day every other week in our office in Derby, but the remaining hours will be WFH and on an agreed schedule to suit everyone.
