We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Junior ADT technician to provide technician support to our thriving ADT department.
37 hours per week, term time only, NJC scale 3, 24,790 - 25,7183 (20,728 - 21,057 pro rata)

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:Prepare and set up equipment and materials required for demonstrations and class practical work. Test stock and equipment used for teaching and learning, ensuring basic safety checks are carried out, and Health and Safety requirements are adhered to. Supporting staff and students during practical work, demonstrating techniques, and providing technical guidance. Organizing and sorting equipment, resources, and materials, ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the department is maintained including clearing away equipment used for demonstration purposes.

o Unpack and check the receipt of equipment and, where necessary, pack for despatch. o Assisting with administrative tasks required for the curriculum.Providing general support to teaching staff and students Providing first aid support as part of medical on call
