Aglow Climate Systems Ltd are looking for a

Junior Air Conditioning Engineer

to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in HVAC or looking to progress from a mate/improver role into a fully qualified engineer.

You'll work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience across commercial and residential projects while developing your technical skills in installation, servicing, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the installation of air conditioning systems Support service and maintenance works under supervision Learn fault-finding and basic diagnostics Help read and understand technical drawings and wiring diagrams Maintain a tidy and safe working environment on site Complete basic job documentation and service records
Requirements

Interest in the air conditioning industry Some on-site experience in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC work (preferred) Willingness to learn and develop technical skills Good attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred but not essential) Full UK driving licence (desirable)
