Monitoring alarms, CCTV, lone-worker and callpoint systems across the UK, and managing the handling of emergency events, strategic incident planning and service level monitoring.

Our contact centre can also be used to provide an out-of-hours or full-time manned desk to receive calls or notification for a number of sectors, such as a staff hotline or building maintenance hotline.

The Role

We're seeking a

Junior Software Developer

who is passionate about technology and eager to learn. You'll work alongside our experienced developers to build, test, and improve our software solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive environment while contributing to meaningful projects used by real-world clients.

We are constantly evolving our online tools (SiteCare, GuardCare and AuditCare), while also working with clients of all sectors to provide bespoke software/internet solutions to transform their business.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and maintenance of web and mobile applications. Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features. Test, debug, and troubleshoot code issues. Learn best practices in software development, security, and performance. Support continuous improvement of our products.

What We're Looking For

Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., C#). Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, .NET, basic frameworks). A problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
