ABOUT THE ROLE
The Northall Junior Bartender is responsible for assisting the bar team in delivering exceptional beverage service to guests. This role involves learning and supporting all aspects of the bar operations, including the preparation of drinks, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and providing excellent customer service.
The Junior Bartender will work closely with senior bartenders and the bar manager to develop their skills and contribute to a seamless guest experience, all while embodying our core values of being supportive, connected, refined, caring, genuine, positive, focused, creative, and entrepreneurial.
ABOUT YOU
Previous experience in a customer-facing role or an interest in bartending, preferably within a hospitality or restaurant environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to bartending and beverage service.
Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
A passion for the hospitality industry and delivering outstanding guest service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
Good level of written and spoken English
Flexibility to work varied hours
Takes pride in own professional grooming
Ability and resilience to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Pride and attention to detail in your work
Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile guests
Food Hygiene or Health & Safety certification (preferably at level 2 or higher) is desirable but not essential.
Any relevant bartending or beverage qualifications, such as mixology training or bar service courses, would be beneficial but not mandatory.
