We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join our small marketing team. The role is varied and offers a great opportunity for someone to come along and make their mark, elevating our brands and putting them front of mind for consumers and businesses alike.
Key Responsibilities
- there is loads to get your teeth into and here are a few of the key areas this role will cover
Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for our brands, including seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and in-store activations
Support the execution of 360-degree campaigns across digital, traditional media, and in-store channels
Work with cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, category, NPD, supply chain) to drive product launches and brand initiatives
Manage digital and social media channels in partnership with internal teams and external agencies.
Analyse campaign performance, consumer feedback and sales data to measure brand health and track campaign ROI
Contribute to new product development and innovation pipeline planning
Organise events to increase awareness of brand and products
Coordinate product sampling initiatives, influencer outreach, and shopper marketing efforts
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative development for advertising and promotional materials
Liaise with creative, media, and PR agencies to deliver compelling campaigns and content tailored to UK consumers
Manage project timelines, budgets, and internal reporting to ensure smooth campaign delivery
Assist with internal Marketing and Communication
Assist with photoshoots and videography
We ideally want the Junior Brand Manager to have a Bachelors degree in marketing, business admin or a related subject. Experience would be great, a couple of years ideally, with strong analytical skills and data driven thinker.
Without stating the obvious - being a Junior Brand Manager, you will definitely need to be creative, know how to create great content and track this via google analytics etc.
