If you've never danced on 'das benches' until 2am, this job might not be for you...
Albert's Schloss is a vibrant bier palace, serving Europe's best tankards of beer, Alpine plates, and seven days of showtime, inspired by the freedom and debauchery of Bohemian Europe. With venues in Manchester, Birmingham, and Soho, London, we're known for our alpine feasting, roaring fires, live showtime, and world-class hospitality. We're proud to be part of the Mission Mars family, a 'World Class' Business, as voted for by Best Companies in 2024 - delivering world-class food, drink, and entertainment experiences across the UK.
The Role
We're looking for an ambitious and creatively driven Junior Brand Manager to help shape and grow the Albert's Schloss brand across our venues. You'll play a key part in delivering campaigns, content, and collateral that bring the Schloss personality to life. You'll work closely with our in-house creative team, venue teams, and external partners to make sure everything we put out into the world is on-brand, on time, and most importantly, wunderbar!
Key Responsibilities
Support the Senior Marketing Manager in delivering the annual brand and campaign plan for Albert's Schloss.
Lead the menu design and production process - working with F&B, operations, and creative teams to ensure accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency.
Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and in-venue platforms - combining creative storytelling, strategic thinking, and performance insights to maximise brand impact and audience engagement.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure seamless alignment between brand campaigns and digital activity, creating a connected customer journey across all channels.
Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure marketing efforts directly support sales targets and venue success.
Own the end-to-end delivery of printed collateral, including menus, posters, table talkers, signage, and promotional materials.
Manage supplier relationships and print production timelines, ensuring best value, quality control, and on-time delivery to all venues.
Roll out seasonal campaigns, new openings, and key events (e.g. Oktoberfest, NYE) across all channels and assets.
Brief and collaborate with the in-house creative and content teams on asset development for digital, social, and print.
Liaise with venue teams to support localised marketing activity, ensure brand consistency, and adapt national campaigns for local use.
Regularly demonstrate the commercial impact and financial value of marketing activity, clearly reporting results back to the business.
Manage the brand's social media channels day-to-day - planning, scheduling, and publishing content that drives reach, engagement, and joy.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, brand, or campaign management - ideally within hospitality, food & drink, or lifestyle sectors. Professional training a plus e.g. Mark Ritson mini MBA
Proven experience managing menu design, print production, and printed marketing materials, including working with printers and designers.
Experience managing brand social media accounts, with a great eye for storytelling
Strong understanding of how to grow brand awareness and deliver measurable results across multiple channels.
Experience working collaboratively with digital and sales teams to ensure joined-up marketing activity.
Comfortable using performance data and customer insights to optimise marketing performance and demonstrate ROI.

Organised and calm under pressure - able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a proactive mindset.
Strong communication and collaboration skills - confident working with creatives, operators, and suppliers.
Proficient with digital platforms, marketing tools, and analytics.
