We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

Junior Cabinetmaker

to join our small but growing team. You'll work directly with the founder and play a key role in the early development of a high-quality furniture and joinery business.

, we design and build beautifully crafted bespoke fitted and freestanding furniture and interior joinery. Our clients include designers, developers, and homeowners who value quality, detail, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities



Hands-on involvement in all stages of cabinetmaking: machining, assembly, finishing, delivery, and installation. Assist with both workshop production and client installations (mainly within an hour of the workshop). Learn and apply spray finishing techniques. Read and interpret technical drawings. Contribute ideas to help shape workshop processes and workflow using digital tools.

What We're Looking For



Technical Skills:



Qualification, course, or proven experience in cabinetmaking, furniture making, or joinery. Familiarity with woodworking tools and machinery (training provided where needed). Keen eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality work. Ability to read technical drawings. Full UK driving licence required (rural workshop location).

Additional Information



Occasional

van driving

for deliveries may be part of the role. You'll represent the business during installations -- a tidy appearance and respectful manner are essential. We're building systems and processes to support growth, including elements of lean manufacturing and digital workflow management using tools like Monday.com. You'll be encouraged to take part in daily stand-up meetings, problem-solving together, and continuous learning. This is a role that will stretch you, support you, and help you grow as a cabinetmaker.
