Job Description

We are looking for a confident and motivated Junior Call Centre Assistant to join our marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people and supporting marketing and sales campaigns through outbound and inbound customer engagement. You will receive full training and develop valuable communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and handle inbound calls on behalf of marketing campaigns Engage with customers to provide information about products, services, and promotions Support lead generation and appointment setting activities Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes Follow call scripts and campaign guidelines while maintaining a professional tone Handle customer queries and escalate issues where necessary Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support campaign objectives Provide administrative support to ensure smooth call centre operations
