Junior Call Centre Associate

to join our growing marketing team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people and are eager to develop their skills in marketing, customer service, and sales. You'll play an important role in supporting marketing campaigns by engaging with customers over the phone and promoting products or services on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make and receive calls to engage with customers and promote marketing campaigns. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. Deliver excellent customer service and represent clients professionally. Record and update customer details and feedback accurately. Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to meet campaign goals. Participate in training sessions to improve communication and marketing skills.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, polite, and professional phone manner. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good attention to detail and organisational skills. No previous experience required, full training will be provided.
