Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and organised

Junior Call Centre Coordinator

to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You'll play an important part in coordinating daily call centre operations, supporting campaign delivery, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in managing and coordinating the daily operations of the call centre team. Monitor performance metrics and ensure call targets and quality standards are met. Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new call centre representatives. Handle inbound and outbound calls when required, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure campaign goals and deadlines are achieved. Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and campaign performance. Help prepare performance reports and provide insights to improve efficiency. Support team leaders with scheduling, performance tracking, and process improvements.
