Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organised Junior Call Centre Coordinator to join our marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, has strong communication skills, and is eager to gain experience in customer support, lead generation, and sales coordination within a marketing-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily call centre activities to support marketing and sales campaigns. Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing clear information and excellent customer service. Qualify leads, record customer details, and support the sales pipeline through effective communication. Monitor call activity, update customer records, and maintain accurate data in internal systems. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align call scripts, messaging, and promotional efforts. Help prepare reports, call summaries, and performance updates. Support new team members by offering guidance once trained and comfortable. Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure efficient daily operations.
