As a Junior Call Centre Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts by engaging with customers over the phone. You'll represent our clients with professionalism, deliver key messages, and generate interest in products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
Deliver product/service information clearly and confidently
Answer customer queries and handle objections effectively
Book appointments, generate leads, or close initial sales depending on campaign
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Work collaboratively with team members to support campaign success
