As a Junior Call Centre Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing campaigns by engaging with potential customers over the phone. You'll provide exceptional customer service, share information about client offerings, and help drive interest and leads for our campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
Answer inbound enquiries with professionalism and clarity
Clearly communicate product or service benefits to customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
Assist in qualifying leads and booking appointments for field teams
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaign goals are met
