Role Overview:

As a

Junior Call Centre Sales Assistant

, you'll play a vital role in connecting with potential customers over the phone, promoting client products and services, and helping to generate leads or close sales. This is an excellent entry-level role for someone looking to break into the world of sales and marketing with plenty of room to progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to engage with potential customers Present and promote products/services with clarity and enthusiasm Handle basic customer queries and objections with professionalism Achieve individual and team sales targets Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes Work collaboratively with the wider marketing and sales team
