Role Overview:

As a

Junior Call Centre Sales Associate

, you will play a key role in our outbound call campaigns. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a professional sales environment while learning how to communicate effectively, build rapport quickly, and achieve measurable targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers on behalf of our clients Promote products or services in a persuasive and professional manner Build rapport and uncover customer needs to match with suitable solutions Achieve daily and weekly sales targets Record customer interactions accurately in the system Handle objections with confidence and maintain a positive attitude Take part in regular training and coaching sessions Work as part of a collaborative, high-energy sales team
