As a

Junior Call Centre Sales Assistant

, you will support the sales team by making outbound calls, generating leads, and engaging potential customers in meaningful conversations. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, perfect for someone looking to develop their skills and build a career in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from our database Introduce products and services in a clear, engaging manner Qualify leads and pass on opportunities to the sales team Achieve and exceed daily call and conversion targets Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Work as part of a collaborative and supportive team Attend training sessions and apply feedback to improve performance
