In this entry-level role, you'll assist the senior campaign team in organising, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels. Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns launch on time
Monitor and report on campaign performance, collecting and organising data for analysis
Help develop campaign briefs, timelines, and content calendars
Conduct research to support strategy development and audience targeting
Maintain campaign documentation and ensure accuracy in materials
Provide on-the-ground support during activations and live campaigns
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
A passion for marketing, branding, and campaign execution
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Basic understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels
Competency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, or HubSpot is a plus
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not essential
