Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of food preparation and cooking in the kitchen.

Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Collaborate with the restaurant management team to optimise kitchen operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
Assist in the planning of special events or catering services as required.
Qualifications
